Things to Consider When Choosing a Starter Home

Choosing your first starter home can be a wonderful experience in addition to being a bit scary and exhilarating! Choosing a house is a step many of us have the chance to take, and choosing the right home is essential. Here are a few things to consider when choosing a starter home.

1. Get pre-approved for home loans especially if you have no previous home buying experience. This will make securing a loan for the house you ultimately buy easier. Always keep a realistic budget in mind and remember, this is just your starter home. You won’t be here forever, so choosing something a bit cheaper or smaller in order to have a bit more money saved up for emergencies.

2. Understand the average market values both for the price you should expect to pay for your house as well as the average resale value for that same home. Having a realtor that is knowledgeable about the real estate options in your area and who can work with you to choose the right house is very important.

3. Make sure to choose a home that allows for the space you currently need as well as having a little room for growth in case you have children already or are planning to have kids soon. Not only can more space leave room for growth, but can allow you to have space for your current activities, hobbies or pets. If a home feels cramped before you’ve moved in you will likely continue to feel that way when all your things are in the home, too.

4. Make sure the house has enough room for your furniture but don’t overcrowd the place. This is a starter home and you can always fill it with things you need that you may not have yet.

5. Consider your future plans when you are choosing a house – is this a 3 year house, a 5 year house, or longer? Giving yourself a deadline and goals can clarify many important details about your starter home and what you can live with and without while you are there.

6. Be realistic about your expectations for a house. Basically, don’t aim above what you can afford or what you actually need. This will likely not be your dream home, and it doesn’t have to be! Consider how this starter home could prepare you for homes further down the road and use this as a learning experience to figure out what you like about the home, what you’ll change the next time around, etc.

7. Pick a home that is in a location that is convenient for work, school, and your individual or family needs. Picking a location that is affordable and convenient can be difficult, but these homes do exist!

When choosing a starter home it is important to consider all these things and more. Even if this home doesn’t end up being the one you live in forever it can be a great experience.

Easy Ways to Find Finance for Your Home Renovation

The burning question on the minds of many Australian homeowners is – will I “Renovate” or “Relocate”? So, if you are one of these home owners, you may have also realised that the high cost of purchasing a new home and selling your current home far outweighs the challenges of renovating your current home. However, you should only renovate if the renovations will:

>> Add value to your home

>> Result in an improved standard of living

>> Be used to perform emergency repairs or full home extensions

Do Lenders/Credit Providers impose Restrictions on the Type of Renovations?

Subject to their credit policies and lending guidelines, most lenders/credit providers will let you borrow the funds to improve the value of your home for any worthwhile purpose, such as if you need to:

>> Add another bedroom, or any other room

>> Renew/update your bathroom or kitchen

>> Add a pergola and outside recreational area

>> Install a swimming pool

>> Extend your garage from a single garage to a double

>> Construct a secondary dwelling on your existing property

>> Any other structural or non-structural construction

What Methods of Finance can I choose?

Here are some examples of the popular methods to ensure easy home renovation:

Home Equity Loan – This financing arrangement is perhaps the most common way for Australians to finance their home renovation projects. A home equity loan works where you borrow the money against the value of your home. To illustrate this I have provided the following example:

>> The example assumes your home is worth $700,000, and

>> Your mortgage loan is $300,000

From the example illustrated above, you will have $400,000 equity in your home, which you can use to fund your renovation project.

The recent rise in-house prices has resulted in many Australian homeowners having acquired considerable equity in their property, this can make getting a home renovation loan easier for these people and reduces their need to dig into their own cash reserves.

Personal Loan – This financing arrangement is a suitable option for you to consider if:

>> You do not have any equity available in your home, or

>> You only have to complete some minor renovations

By choosing a short-term personal loan, you will find that:

1. The personal loan interest rate is much higher than a home equity loan, and

2. You may be limited to the amount you can borrow (e.g. from $5,000 to $50,000)

Construction Loan – This financing arrangement is available for you to complete large-scale renovation projects that require council approval and the services of a licensed builder. The lender/credit provider will impose the following restrictions when they are considering a construction loan for home renovation:

>> The lender/credit provider will not fund the full loan amount upfront to you

>> The lender/credit provider will release the money to you only in stages as the renovation progresses

Can I afford to Re-build my Home if it was destroyed?

You should already have normal home and building insurance in place, but you need to increase your building insurance to cover the costs associated with your home renovation project. So, if you cannot afford to rebuild your home if it were destroyed by damage from fire, or from any other natural disasters, you should ask yourself the following questions:

>> Do you have building insurance?

>> If you have building insurance in place:

1. Is the amount of insurance cover adequate?

2. What does your building insurance plan cover?

3. Does your insurance plan include Total Replacement cover or Sum Insured cover?

Don’t Delay and Take Action Straight Away

So, if you are thinking of renovating your home without any stress, you should seek advice from a professionally qualified and expert home finance broker who is a specialist in home renovation loans and, has helped numerous home owners when they had considered renovating their property.

He/she can arrange finance for your renovation project. A loan broker will provide you with a wide range of finance options and products after creating a budget for you. But, remember that you should be clear about your future plans as it will help you in choosing the right finance option.

Now that you have read this article, I sincerely hope it will help you to understand the easy ways of renovating your home with a professionally qualified and specialised finance broker.

5 Great Challenges Associated With Home Buying

In everything that a man does, there are equivalent challenges associated. Buying a house is no different. There are challenges that a home buyer must face in order to succeed in the endeavor and at the end enjoy a comfortable living at the right place he can call home. The said challenges are discussed in this entry.

Choice of Size

Many individuals dream of homes which are grandiose and luxurious relying on the saying that dreaming is a free privilege which one must enjoy to the extent. While there is some truth to this adage, it can also be the cause of failure because the dreams are set within parameters that are difficult to achieve. With this comes a difficult challenge for home buyers to decide which home size is within their financial capabilities.

The suitable location

Location is also an important yet challenging factor when it comes to buying a new house. Different considerations are usually weighed in depending on the situation of the buyer. For instance, if there is a schooling family member, then the location must be proximate to an academic institution. If the family is very active with their religious devotion, then a sacred place of worship (depending on the religious affiliation) is also important. Thus, the suitable location may also depend on which community structures will play important part in the daily life of the buyer.

The complication of money

Sometimes, a home buyer might find a house that is very suitable for his family size. However, the choice is made complicated by the price tag. There could be times when a home buyer does his best to save for the needed down payment. Yet, the situation becomes more complicated when the monthly repayments come into picture.

The right home mortgage

Even the rich home buyers avail of home mortgage to pay off for their choice of homes. However, they financially planned of this move making sure that they will have a steady flow of money-generating sources to augment for their monthly repayment dues. Using their pattern, any home buyer should study well the options which are offered by various home mortgage companies. It pays to study numerous options in order to find the mortgage which will make you breathe financially with much ease. Extra precaution must be observed so as not to fall victim to fraudulent mortgage firms.

The ideal real estate agent

Another great challenge which home buyers face comes with the choice of a real estate agent to represent him. Even before shortlists are made, some home buyers are actually contemplating on the idea of whether they should deal with an agent or just do the home buying with their own efforts. If in such case, the home buyer decides that an agent should represent him, then the difficult challenge comes with choosing who among within the local realtors can offer the best professional expertise towards realizing the dream home purchase.

Latent Semantic Indexing – An SEO Strategy

Although the word Latent Semantic Indexing sounds a little complicated, it is quite a conceptual term which you might be already using in your keyword research and SEO.

However a conscious closer look at it will definitely give you fair idea of what is Latent Semantic Indexing.

When a user types a query into Google’s search box, this is known as ‘keyword’ and Google gives the user certain results based on the typed keyword.

Let’s take an Example-

When we type the word “aviator” in Google Search, before entering, you get a number of options below the search box, which are predicted by Google based on the keyword entered such as Aviator Watch, Aviator Bike, Aviator Sunglasses, Aviator Movie etc…
This shows that the person searching with the word aviator might be looking for ‘aviator sunglasses’ or ‘aviator movie’ which are 2 totally different things. You will not want your website to rank in the search engine result pages for ‘aviator movie’ if your website is selling sunglasses.

APPLE – A FRUIT OR PHONE?

In the search query “Apple,” ‘Apple’ might mean the ‘Fruit Apple’ or ‘Apple iPhone’. So, when the user types in a keyword, Google analyses the words entered after the keywords and understands the intent of the user to know what he is looking for.

After this, Google scrutinizes the websites having this keyword and understands the context for which it has been used and ranks the websites which will best answer the user’s question.

This context based search is called as Latent Semantic Indexing and optimizing your content using ‘Latent Semantic Keywords’ is known as ‘Latent Semantic Optimization’. Therefore, you should understand how the search engine thinks and devise your keyword strategy accordingly.

HOW DOES LSI MAKE YOUR CONTENT MORE SEO-FRIENDLY?

Latent Semantic Indexing provides context to your content.

Even though your content has rich and interesting information and the primary keywords, it will not be useful without using LSI-driven keywords as it will not be able to give Google a clear idea of what your content is about and your website might land on a SERP where it is not relevant.

So LSI keywords give a context or meaning to your content and helps Google understand it better. The search engine is constantly looking for ‘the user’s intent based on relationship between keywords’ and ‘your content’s context matching that intent’ such as ‘aviator sunglasses’, ‘ray ban aviator sunglasses’ could be LSI keywords for “aviator” in the context of sunglasses.

LSI helps you gain web traffic
Importantly, Search Engines cannot interpret the meaning behind a text easily like we human beings do. Latent Semantic Indexing keywords make Google’s work easier to understand your web page content and in turn you are ranked higher in the SERP’s and and therefore you are likely to get more traffic.

LSI driven content is also more specifically targeted to reach the intended audience and will land up in front of the right audience. It is beneficial for you as you will gain more traffic, users who will get exactly what they are looking for and search engines to easily understand and give accurate results.

LSI Keywords should be related to the Primary Keyword
Your LSI keywords must answer all the questions related to your primary keyword, that your user might be looking for. Let’s think in the context of movie Aviator. In this case, the user might be looking for “what the movie is about”, “buying DVD of the movie”, “star ratings, cast crew or reviews of the movie”. If your website is about movies, you must use LSI keywords related to above purposes to make your content visible to the user.

Ways to find LSI-Keywords
1. Google Autocomplete: When you type a word in the search engine box, Google gives some predictions or suggestions based on the most popular searches related to that word. This is a good way to look for LSI keywords
2. Google Related Searches: When you type a keyword and get results on SERP, at the bottom of the page Google shows some searches related to the keyword. These are also good examples of LSI keywords
3. LSI Graph: This is a special tool in which you can type a keyword and get a list of all related LSI keywords
4. Keyword Planner Tool: Google keyword planner tool through Google AdWords is also a good way to find all combinations of searches related to your term.
5. Various Tools: Some other tools like Ubersuggest, Keyword Research Database Tool are helpful in finding the LSI keywords.

An SEO-Tip: You can use these keywords in your Title Tag, Description Tag, Header Tag, URLs, Anchor tags and in your website/blog Content.

THINGS TO REMEMBER

• LSI is not the only one SEO strategy that makes your content SEO-friendly. There are many other factors which you will need to ensure such as Quality of content, Research and facts, and other SEO factors.
• Do not overstuff your content with LSI keywords and use only those keywords which are relevant to your topic. You can also use synonyms and word combinations. Re-read your content and remove any words that do not match.

Drupal SEO-Friendly URLs For Google First Page Rankings

Google First Page Rankings and Drupal

Drupal SEO-Friendly URLs to Get Your Drupal Site Listed in Google

Drupal manages the URL aliases for your Drupal site.

The URL aliases are the addresses for your website. A node is a content item for your Drupal site and the following address represents the first content item for a node within your Drupal website:

Default URLs for new content on a Drupal website: /node/1
URL Alias module allows new content added to become more human readable and most important, SEO-friendly: /articles/title-of-the-article
This format is not exactly human-friendly, nor is it SEO-friendly. Let’s fix it…

Drupal Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Building a professional business plan includes SEO for your Drupal website. It’s that important!

When you first install Drupal, by default, you will most likely have “Path Auto” enabled. This is the reason your URLs are not by default, user-friendly. The good news is that this is an easy fix.

Drupal Modules

Drupal out-of-the-box is pretty lean. It doesn’t do a whole lot. But there are over two-thousand Drupal modules that can be easily installed and enabled to enrich your Drupal website. Contributed modules provide new features for your Drupal website. Just like the App Store, if you need something, there is probably a module for that. When you’re looking for a new “feature”, you are looking for a Drupal module. Modules can also change how existing features work.

Modules for Clean URLs

There are a couple of modules that allow us to automatically change URLs to something more memorable. It gives us more human-readable, search engine optimized “friendly” URLs. This is very important for the long-term success of your Drupal site.

SEO-friendly URLs can help you achieve the business success you are looking for. Install the Drupal PathAuto and Token modules. Once you have these two two modules installed and enabled, it will remedy your ugly URLs problem.

PathAuto (requires Token) – this module automatically generates URL/path aliases for various kinds of content (nodes, taxonomy, terms, users) without requiring you to have URL aliases like “category/my-node-title” instead of “node/123″.
Token (provides a user interface for the Token API).
You can enable both of these modules at the same time (after you have them installed). If you do not have these modules installed and enabled already, you will want to download and enable them in your Drupal back end. You can download these modules at the Drupal website:

/project/pathauto
/project/token
Install both of these modules and enable them to benefit from search engine-friendly URLs on your Drupal site.

SEO-Friendly URLs Better Than Just Human-Friendly URLs

Now, you will notice that your Drupal URLs will take on a completely different pattern. The URLs will represent something such as /content/article-name

This is an improvement, but still not best practice because as your Drupal content increases, everything will be “content” plus the article name. So, let’s take your Drupal SEO a step further.

Hover on “Configuration”
Hover on “Search and Meta Data”
Hover on “URL aliases”
If your not seeing URL aliases, it’s OK since you just recently enabled these modules.

Enable Clean URLs

Enable this search and metadata option to make clean URLs possible for your site. This will allow user friendly URLs like example.com/user instead of example.com/?q=user

To accomplish this, it’s pretty simple.

Hover on “Configuration”
Hover on “Search and Meta Data”
Hover on “Clean URLs”
Put a check mark in the “Enable Clean URLs” box and click the “Save Configuration” button.
Once this is done, you will notice that your new content will have human-friendly URLs.

Setup Patterns For Your URLs

Setup patterns by clicking on the “Patterns” tab on the top of your Drupal dashboard.
Highlight /[node:title] with your mouse and copy.
Advance to the next “pattern” field that is empty.
Type the name for each path and paste. For example, for your “book” content type, you will have the pattern book/[node:title]
Complete this step until every pattern is defined.
Click “Save Configuration”

If you can find a tracker that can be customized, the better. You may need to track your position ranking globally or even locally so as to make some decisions. You can also monitor universal listings and map listings, and even the rank of your competitors very easily. You would be better placed when you choose a tracker that gives you unlimited access.

Geo-specific kind of rankings

There are trackers that can give you Geo-specific rankings even if not in the area you reside in. A tool, which is able to track the positions accurately regardless of what you choose, is, ideal, as it will give you so much more than bargained for.

The keyword tools

The best trackers make it possible to have all research tools in the same place. When the sources are used together, they can come up with the wide range of keywords that you may not have been able to find anywhere else. When new keyword ideas come up, they are automatically grouped according to the topics. You can analyze and to target whole keyword groups without the need to go through all the terms.

Reinvention of keyword analysis

Apart from finding many keywords that you can use, you will be able to pick the very best ones and give them the priority they need for the targeted audience. A rank tracker can also calculate the difficulty of a keyword. All SEO strengths are assessed and compared to your competitors. This helps you pick keywords that stand out and definitely attract traffic.

Custom reports

The best trackers have customizable reports and they are designed to support different devices. Sharing such reports should be easy and they should be easy to upload. You can even automate some trackers where you set up some tasks for a scheduled time and the tracker will come up with reports and have them delivered to the clients as an attachment or a direct link.

Why you should use trackers

Keyword trackers are important in today’s marketing which is mainly done online. A good tracker is able to give the most accurate ranking information as well as intelligence. This means that you will receive some very clean reports that are very easy to customize including the data which is relevant to every client.

You should choose a fast rank tracker. It is always so frustrating to have to wait for a long time for the tracker to load and give results from different search engines.

What to do after you get the ranking results

After you have done the keyword research successfully and you have a list of the best keywords in hand, you should start tracking the site’s rankings. Even though it seems easy, some preparations need to be done so as to ensure that you do not track the correct things and in the correct manner.

You need to select the target search engines, specify the location, choose landing pages, set up the tracking for universal results, add competitors, and the preferences. When this is done, rank tracking becomes very easy.

Basic SEO Keyword Placement to Make Money Online

If you have been following my Online Marketing with SEO work, and have had your share of late nights trying to understand SEO then you will know that Online Marketing and SEO is not as easy as is sometimes suggested. But you will also know if you started without Keyword Placement, that you have wasted valuable months and even years. Not to mention all the costs like Blog and Email List Hosting, and it’s all because of simple misdirection an incorrect Keyword Placement.

Keyword Placement is the one single most important factor which determines your rate of growth, next to compelling content. Absolutely everything you do online from Blog SEO, Blog Posts, Comments, Forum Discussions, Publishing, Solo Ads and the rest of the never ending methods of attracting visitors is based on Keyword Placement. And as I have recently discovered, the correct Keyword Placement can have your Blog, Video, Articles and E-Books show up on the First Search Result Page in a matter of Days not Months or Years.

One need to always consider and accept the fact that targeting the correct audience will require preparation and proper planning. But also that targeting an interested audience is the only way to make money online regardless of your method, be it Blogging, Affiliate Marketing or otherwise.

Another common SEO mistake is submitting a Site Map to Google, because if you do not then Google cannot find its way to your Blog. A Site Map reveals the Keywords and Keyword Phrases which describes your work best so it can be categorized accordingly. Submitting a Site Map is easily done by installing a Plugin like “All in One SEO” or “Google XML Sitemaps”, but you also need to check in the “Google Search Console” that the Sitemap is indeed accepted and understood.

I recently had an “HTTP 404 Error” on my Blog Sitemap, which kind of freaked me out just a little because I was under the impressions everything was completed successfully. And after some intensive research I found that this appear to be quite a common problem, but easily fixable.

Now a Sitemap URL normally end with “/sitemap.xml”, but sometimes an extra (Dot/Full Stop) is added at the end from inside the Google XML Sitemaps Plugin and may be one of the reasons for the “HTTP 404 Error”. Luckily this is easily rectified by simply deleting the old Sitemap from the Google Search Console and simply copy/paste the Sitemap URL from the Plugin, only discarding that last full stop.

But let’s get back to Keyword Placement, just thought I’d better share some latest findings that made a huge difference to my own Sites and Videos Ranking Capability. The first few lines of your content is also your most profitable lines to work with, because that is how your Content get Categorized by All Major Search Engines like Google and Bing. Which is why the Site Title (H1 Header) and Post Title (H2 Header) with Widget Titles (H3 Headers) and the first 160 Characters of your Content Body is the only way you will make money online with your Blog.

The challenge however is to use those Search Phrases as part of Description Context and not just cram a bunch of Search Phrases in there that makes no sense. Within a Description the Search Phrase targeted should appear at least 2 – 3 times, and can prove a lot more challenging when using Search Phrases in Context.

For best results with Keyword Placement it’s always advised to try and create a fusion between your site Long Tail and Short Tail Keywords, and then include these Search Phrases in both Title and First 160 Characters because that is normally recognized as your Content Description.

That is the Description you may also see in the Meta Description of sites on a Search Result Page in Any Major Search Engine. You have the Site Title normally at the top in Blue, then the URL right beneath it in Green with the Description Text in Black. You may also notice some Keywords in Bold within the Meta Description, which will be the Keywords the Site currently Ranks for.

Exactly which Keywords and Search Phrases to use will be different to each person depending on the Niche you choose to make money online with. It is always better to target Keywords and Search Phrases with a High Search Volume and a Low to Medium Competition, but even then it may take a while to actually appear in Google Search Results.

Search Engine Optimization is quite basic and mostly Logic once you get the hang of it, but it is the less travelled path for a reason. While actual Ranking may increase quite rapidly with correct Keyword Placement, it may involve weeks and even months of proper research to obtain those relevant Keywords and Search Phrases.

You may even end up changing the Blog and Post Title a few times in the Meta Description, but when you do be sure that you also check on the Sitemap in the Google Search Console. Remember that when you change Keywords and Search Phrases the entire Sitemap also changes, and if you do not update that it will be like giving Google the Wrong directions to your site.

Proper Search Engine Optimization really is as simple as merely telling All Major Search Engines exactly what your Blog, Video, Article or any Content is about. The basics always come down to Title, Description and how many times the Search Phrase appear.

Keyword and Search Phrase Placement is your Direction, and it’s So Much More Important than Speed. Making Money Online is a Numbers Game of how many hours, days, weeks, months and even Years you’re prepared to keep going.

Post Title Tip – Try avoiding words like “and” or “at” in a Post Title because this will sometimes show up as a Special Character (&@$%) which is not considered SEO Friendly and will decrease your Blog SEO Score.

This also goes for Video, Article and E-Book titles because at some point in time those Titles are going to show up in Google Search Results. Which is why it is so important to use the Search Phrases in Context because that is the Description that a Visitor will read.

This is also part of the “First Impression”, what does your potential buyer see when they look at the Meta Description on the Google Search Result Page? Do they see a desperate attempt at a sale, or an actual professional suggestion to relevant, unique and compelling content?

Easy Ways to Make Money Online

If you’ve been looking for easy ways to make money online, I’m sorry to disappoint you. Don’t get me wrong. Easy ways to make money online do exist. However, they are not going to be found on any list you come across on the Internet. Why? Because most of those “easy” ways don’t really work.

Do they work in reality? Not really. Will you earn extra money doing it though? Sure, but you will also make more from your nine to five job. The hard truth is that there are only real easy ways to make money from home.

What are these easy ways to make money from home? Well, for starters, you could write blogs for other people. You could also use social media as a way to make money from home. In either case, you will have to set up your own blog or website.

You could also sign up with an affiliate program and sell other people’s products. If you’re selling someone else’s product, all you have to do is display the link on your site. From there, visitors to your site will click on the link and then make a purchase. That’s pretty simple, but if you can find a way to make extra earnings, your earnings could be very substantial.

However, what if you can’t find any extra tools to help others? That’s fine. You can still make extra money by selling your skills. There are plenty of individuals who are interested in selling their skills to others. You can teach them how to do something, and then once they’ve learned the technique, you charge them a fee. Some folks won’t mind paying a fee to learn something new, and if you can make your tutorial downloadable and easy to follow, you can have a booming internet business selling other peoples’ skills.

Finally, you can earn money from home by developing your own website. This is probably the easiest way to earn a side income from home. It won’t make you rich, but it will help you supplement your income. And it’s a great way to help your loved ones. If you’re looking for a fun way to make extra cash at home, you can’t go wrong by exploring all the possibilities.

The truth is that there are several different ways to make money from home. It’s important to explore all your options, as it varies greatly from person to person. That’s why it’s so crucial to have extra tools to use. However, if you can’t find any extra tools, you’ll have to develop some on your own. It varies wildly. And it will largely depend on what kind of skills you possess.

Extra tools for extra earnings are basically everywhere. You just need to be resourceful. But you should also realize that you won’t be paid an hourly rate by any means. The earning potential can be quite great, but it depends on your ability to market yourself. So as long as you have a product or service that people want, you could earn a side income with ease.

Essential Tools Necessary for Professional Carpet Cleaning

Carpet is an integral part of floor decor, uplifting the visual appeal of the space with its sleek texture. However, these carpets are prone to wear and tear due to daily foot traffic, dirt, dust mites and occasional spills. To ensure a clean and well-maintained carpet, periodic carpet cleaning using the right tools and equipment is of paramount importance. Cleaning with the standard home cleaning supplies simply does not produce the desired result.

Here are the five most widely used equipment used by professionals for a thorough carpet cleaning.

Portable Cleaning Tools
For smaller areas, carpet cleaning experts use portable equipment, which are relatively large machines but is easy to carry. These machines are available in various types depending on the purposes of their uses. The portable equipment is designed for various methods of carpet cleaning based on the kind of carpet and the customer’s preference like carpet shampooing, bonnet cleaning, encapsulation, hot water extraction or dry carpet cleaning. Professional companies carry most of these portable tools with them to perform cleaning, adopting various approaches with the machines for the different methods.

Some other portable types of equipment that professional services use are as follows:

Vacuum Cleaner: A vacuum cleaner is an essential carpet cleaning tool to tidy up the carpets and complete the cleaning procedure.

Defoamer: Foam can reduce the effectiveness of the cleaning process. Hence carpet cleaners use defoamer to remove the foam and speed up the drying process. These defoamers are a mixture of silicone or oils that are effective in removing the foam.

Air Scrubber: This device works as an air filtration system and is used during dry cleaning to get rid of airborne particulates, fungi, and foul odours from the carpet. The scrubber is used after a deep cleaning job to increase the air quality in the room.

Carpet Cleaning Wand: This is the primary tool in the cleaning process. The wand is used to spray the cleaning solution as water jets, which is then sucked back through the vacuum slot in the equipment. While rotary cleaners work best for shaggy carpets, wool carpets are best cleaned with wands to prevent any kind of damage to the carpet fibres. It is not possible to use a pro extractor without one.

Crevice Tools:These are special tools to clean crevices like those between the stairs, areas that are difficult to reach and upholstery cleaning.

Protective Tools: To protect furniture and other items from suffering any kind of damage while cleaning, professionals use these protective accessories like furniture protectors, caution signs, straps, corner guards, and chemical racks.

Ventilation Assister: On completion of wet cleaning methods, service providers may blow fans to expedite the drying of the carpet.

Truck-Mounted Cleaning Equipment
These are heavy-duty cleaners suitable for cleaning larger spaces. However, it must not be inferred that truck-mounted cleaners are only used for larger commercial workspaces.
